Reporting desk

Report fakes

Report suspicious freight enquiries and exposed fake carriers — so other dispatchers do not fall for the same method.

When a report helps

Every method is run more than once before it is exposed. Whoever reports the case saves the next dispatcher from the same handover. You can report with or without a loss having occurred.

Case 01

Fictitious carrier

A company that does not exist as presented: a freshly registered domain, a free-mail address, a fleet only on paper. The load disappears with the first collection.

Case 02

Taken-over identity

Letterhead, licence number and register data of a real company, but foreign contacts. The hardest case — and the one where network reports help most.

Case 03

Suspicion without a loss

The enquiry looked wrong, the job was not awarded. That is worth a report too: exactly these patterns make scoring of future enquiries sharper.

Record a report

Required fields are marked with a star. Everything else is optional — report what you have. An incomplete report is better than none.

Details of the reported carrier

The more features you have, the easier it is to link the report to other jobs.

As written on the offer or letterhead.

Separate several with commas.

Tractor and trailer, if noted.

The incident

Freight exchange, direct enquiry, referral.

What happened, in which order, and what was the first unusual sign in hindsight?

Police report filed?
Evidence

Freight order, offer, email traffic, licence copy, screenshots — anything that documents the job. Files are scanned and stored with the report.

PDF, JPEG, PNG, or email (.eml / .msg). Up to 7 files, together at most 25 MB.

Your details optional

We also take anonymous reports. Without contact details we cannot follow up — and follow-ups are usually what makes a case usable.

Confirmation

Goes to the reporting desk. You do not need to open an email program.

What happens to your report

  1. Intake: we look at whether the details are coherent and whether evidence is present.
  2. Match: the features are compared with already reported jobs and available sources.
  3. Anonymisation: before anything flows into scoring, everything that traces back to you or your company is removed.
  4. Inclusion: confirmed patterns flow into the plausibility check of future freight enquiries.
  5. Feedback: if requested and contact details are present, we get in touch on matches.

We examine every report, but we do not promise processing time or a result. The reporting desk replaces neither a police report nor notice to your insurer — both should run in parallel.
