Company data, Documents, Vehicle data and Operational data — the four check modules, incident reports and the cp-rating in detail.

A check across all modules

Every scan runs all four modules. They cannot be bought or switched off separately — because a single finding is rarely decisive. The pattern across all four is. That is what produces the cp-score.

Module 01

Company data

Does the company exist as it presents itself? We check whether the carrier’s details match publicly available registers and the correspondence.

Module 02

Documents

Are the papers complete, valid and consistent? We check what accompanies the offer or is supplied later — and what is missing.

Module 03

Vehicle data

Does the vehicle used match the company and the job? Vehicle details are checked against the documents presented.

Module 04

Operational data

Does the file as a whole form a coherent picture? Offer, timings and history are checked for patterns known from loss cases.

Incident report

What the four modules can detect depends on what is reported. Actual incidents flow anonymised into processing and improve the scoring of future enquiries.

  • Structured capture of how the loss unfolded
  • Anonymisation before further processing
  • No sharing with third parties
  • Feedback when reported patterns match

Reporting is voluntary. Report a fake →

The cp-rating

Every checked carrier receives a cp-score between 100 and 600 points. Low is good: 100 is the best result, 600 the worst.

The score is formed from the four equally weighted modules.

A high score is not proof of fraud intent, and a low score is not a guarantee. The rating is a decision aid for dispatch: it complements your own check and does not replace it.

How a check runs

  1. Upload a transport offer, freight papers, correspondence or a full email — as PDF, image or text
  2. Every file is checked for malware, then OCR reads the data and maps it to check fields
  3. Metadata is matched against available sources — missing documents count as a possible risk
  4. The check rules of all four modules are applied
  5. The cp-score is calculated and classified
  6. The report is ready as a PDF with specific comments

Processing usually takes under a minute. The report stays in the account and can be used again when the same carrier reappears.

Check the same job more than once

An offer can be checked not just once, but as often as it makes sense — from first contact through to immediately before award. That is how it is meant to be used.

The reason sits in the process itself: between the first enquiry and the award, messages arrive, papers are added, plates and vehicles change. Checking only at the start scores a snapshot that no longer exists at award. Each further scan works on the new data.

What the check does not do

An honest boundary matters more to us than a promise that will not hold in a loss:

  • We cannot check official authority data — they are not open to private companies. We work with the sources available to us: a complementary layer, not an official extract.
  • A clean result means no anomalies were visible at the time of the check. It is not a credit or insurance undertaking.
  • Stolen identities of existing companies are the hardest case. That is where the Documents, Vehicle data and Operational data modules — and reports from the network — carry the check.
